Edrolls Filipino Fusion Food Truck

Edrolls Filipino Fusion food truck will be in the Library's south parking lot to serve the following menu items:  Quesabirria Tacos (3) - slow braised beef in Mexican spices, onions, cilantro and cheese in corn tortilla. Served with garlic fried rice and consome dipping broth. Elotes - Mexican style street corn made with cotija cheese mixed with mayonnaise and seasonings. Buffalo Chicken Box (4) - buffalo chicken filled egg rolls served with garlic fried rice and our signature sauce. Papas Con Queso (4) - Mexican seasoned potatoes and cheese filled egg rolls. Served with garlic fried rice and our signature sauce. Churros with White Chocolate UBE (8) - fresh churros tossed in cinnamon sugar and a white chocolate ganache infused with ube (taro). They accept cash or charge.
