Library Branch: Coal City Public Library District Room: Meeting Room Age Group: Adults Program Type: Health & Wellness Adult Exercise Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks or Wendy Appl. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.
