Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Event Details:

Kindergarten thru 3rd graders can join Ms. Tricia for some STEM fun. There will be something new each month. This month will be Helicopters. We will follow CDC guidelines and ask everyone to wear a mask.
