Adult Exercise
Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.
Children in 1st - 3rd grade can join us for a fun filled class with stories, crafts, and activities. Each week is a different theme about the ocean. Child must be a CCPLD resident. If not, please see youth services.

State Senator Sue Rezin and Representative Jackie Haas will have traveling office hours on the third Thursday of every month at the Coal City Public Library District.
Join us in the Meeting Room for a step by step instruction canvas class just right for 4th - 5th graders. Space is limited. Please register only the tween attending. CCPLD patron only. If not, please see someone in youth services.

Start the Summer off by painting a beach theme on a wine glass! Paula Crawford will be teaching this step by step painting class. Cost is $10 per CCPLD cardholder. One per person.
