Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks or Wendy Appl. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Ticket sales begin and are in-person only for CCPLD cardholders for bus trip on Sat., Dec. 2 for a 2pm Joffrey Ballet - Nutcracker Show. Bus will leave at 12pm. Dinner will follow at White Fence Farm.
