Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks or Wendy Appl. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Families can drop in with their toddlers and preschoolers for a half hour of storytime followed by 30 minutes of play time. Today's theme will be Christmas This will give you and your children a chance to socialize and play with other families.
