Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks or Wendy Appl. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

3 year olds thru 2nd graders can join us for an instructional painting class with the theme . . . . We encourage a caregiver to attend to assist in the project. CCPLD cardholders only. If not, please see someone in youth services.
