Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Are you new to scrapbooking, or an old pro? Either way, come join us for a fun day of scrapbooking and friendship! We'll meet the second Tuesday of every month. This meeting will take place in Annex A.

Event Details:

This play day is for toddlers (Walkers - 3 years old (not yet ready to be on their own) and their caregiver. We will have fun in our play areas such as kitchen, cars, blocks, and grocery store for your child to explore and play with others.
