Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Adult CCPLD cardholders can make porch sign that says "Coaler Country" with wooden interchangeable pieces to support your favorite Coaler sports, drama, arts, etc. The cost is $10 and incudes sign and one interchangeable piece.
