Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks or Wendy Appl. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Families can join us at Carbon Hill Park for our next Boo Walk. We will have the book "We're Going on a Goon Hunt" for you to read as you walk along. There will be fun activities and a small treat for you to enjoy too.
