Adult Exercise

Available only to CCPLD library cardholders at this time. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands. Classes are held in the library's meeting room and taught by Cindy Starks or Wendy Appl. You must bring a doctor's consent the first time you attend in order to participate. $1.00 donation for each class.

Paper & More is an open program to work on your paper crafts and more. This program takes place in the Irving Street Annex A on the 1st Wednesday, 2nd Tuesday, and 4th Tuesday each month.

Adult CCPLD cardholders can come create add on pieces for your interchangeable welcome signs made previously in the Welcome Porch Sign class. The sign will not be made this day. Registration is required. Cost is $15.
