Available only to CCPLD library cardholders. Adult Exercise is a low impact aerobic workout designed for adults of all ages. The first half hour is cardio with the second half hour being toning, weights and resistance bands.

Adults can play or learn to play Mahjong a traditional Chinese tile game with many variations. This is an ancient game widely played in China and Japan. This event takes place in Annex A. If you are a beginner, please contact the Adult Services Department to let them know ahead of time.
