Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) is a free program sponsored by the Morris Hospital. David Veronda will provide health insurance counseling service for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers.

Dr. Jamie Sikora will talk to you about the human ear, the different types of hearing loss, and new hearing aid technology including hearing aid accessories. Please register for this event.

Families can drop in with their toddlers and preschoolers for a half hour of storytime followed by 30 minutes of play time. This will give you and your children a chance to socialize and play with other families. No registration required.

Teens 6th thru 12th graders can join us for Game Night. We have Switch Games and board games. Registration is required and must be a CCPLD cardholder.

Adults can join us on the third Friday of each month in the meeting room from 1 to 3 pm. This Bingo event is sponsored by The Gardens at Park Pointe.  

Join us on a bus trip to watch the Cubs vs. White Sox at Guaranteed Rate Field. We have 48 tickets at $100 each. This event is now open to the public. Tickets are located in Box 153.

Adults and teens 14+ can enjoy a night out playing Bingo. This event will take place on the third Wednesday of each month.

Incredible Bats will be bringing their Animals around the World program with a focus on animals that bury themselves. They plan to bring Rico the sloth too, if he is able to travel that day.

6th-12th graders can join us for a Mario Cart Wii Competition. Must be CCPLD cardholder to register.

CCPLD will be hosting an outdoor farmer's market. Vendors will include farmers, crafters, and artisans. We will highlight the vendors prior to each market. Interested vendors can fill out an application.

Drop in anytime between 1pm and 3pm to explore fossils from the famous Mazon Creek including dinosaur specimens. Experience will include searching for fossils and minerals yourself. Please register everyone in your family who will attend.
