Covid Testing at CCPLD

Healthy Medical Inc. will be at the Annex on Tuesdays and Thursdays for both the Rapid and PCR Covid testing. Upon arrival in the library’s parking lot near the Annex, dial 815-600-3053 for a medical team member to come to your vehicle and provide you with paperwork, take the $30 payment for the administration fee and to administer the test to any child or adult. Please bring your insurance card, if you have one. Wait for your rapid results in 15 minutes and PCR tests are sent to the lab and results are texted.
