Program Description
Event Details
Fit 4 Life is for children going into Kdg. thru 5th grade. We will do some exercises using Go Noodle and other video resources, talk to a nurse from Riverside Medical, and eat a small healthy snack. Child must be a CCPLD resident. Registration is required.
